What an incredible evening at The Publican Awards 2022! As hundreds of hospitality professionals and experts came together to celebrate this incredible industry, our team from Provenance Inns & Hotels, sat with nerves at an all-time high as the Awards for 2022 were announced.

It’s with the broadest smiles and greatest pleasure we can now share the most amazing achievement with you all: Provenance has been crowned winners of Best Food Offer 2022! In a nail biting final, with only the very best shortlisted, our team here at Provenance was recognised for its success in delivering consistently high-quality seasonal dishes within a warm, friendly and safe dining environment.

It’s no small consideration to enter prestigious industry awards, lining your teams up again the best-in-class, but here within the Provenance family, we are simply proud of what we know we can deliver. So, when we were asked to detail not only our food offer, but our sourcing policies, our innovations, training and development, marketing strategy, customer service and standards, not to mention the financial and commercial detail, we knew we had the consistency of standards and belief to rise to the top.

Driven by the precision and passion of our Group Executive Chef, Jason Wardill, the quality of our seasonal menus, showcasing the very best of locally sourced produce used to craft the most exquisite dishes delivers an unrivalled guest experience with every visit. We have always focused on sustainable and seasonal ingredients wherever we feasibly can and sourcing from our own kitchen garden at Mount St John, plus working with Provenance Partners enables us to differentiate from the wealth of food offers out there. Judges were keen to highlight the freshness of the seasonal food on offer, supported by the innovative campaigns and messaging. And, as we all know, operationally, the service needs to be seamless, and we could not be prouder of the work that goes on, often behind the scenes, from head office through to the front of house. In true Provenance style, it’s a united and team effort.
